Decent place. Beer isn't very cold, prices are average and staff is attentive. However... I'm here on their "wing night", special is 20 wings for $10.99, but you can't take them to go?! Dumb. Doesn't matter if you are staying in the attached hotel with a wife, three kids and you wanted to get dinner and take it up to your room to eat with them. Not easy to go out with three young children. Because of that I am canceling my order and will drive down the street to wicked wings were they are a little more understanding of family. I will not return, yes just because of $7.99 up charge for a to go order.

So disappointed. We've been coming here for several years. My wings were swimming in grease. They were cold an garlicky. I'll give them one more try as stuff happens. Hope they get it together.

Went to watch the game. Very busy and cheap domestics only. No food specials. They have a lot of tvs and a couple little boxes so you could hear the game. We scored one of those boxes by getting there an hour early. Problem was.....not OUR NFL game and they said they couldn't get it. So I guess it's a crap shoot if they'll have your game or not...very disappointing.

Shoeless Joes is a good place to grab cheap beers as others have stated. The food is ok with some bright spots! The nachos are great and are rather big! Also the chicken noodle soup is seasoned perfectly! The setup is standard sports bar type-ish, lots of tvs, sports things etc. nothing that stands out any! I'd stop back for a drink.

Not bad, only took 20 mins before our presence was even acknowledged and only 10 more to get our order taken. It's 2:30pm and there's only 4 tables with customers and there's 4 waitresses, although none of them seem to be working. They are all standing/sitting in the corner chit chatting. Won't be back

$1 beer that is ICY cold. That's enough for 4 stars. If you're staying here or just hanging out at the Bell Tower Shops, stop by Shoeless Joes for a beer or 10. It won't cost anything. Every time the bartender would bring the bill, I would laugh and wish this was the case in Atlanta. The beer is so ICCCYYY in those frosty mugs. Brings me back to the wonderful days of college. "They're giving it away."

This place is a must if you're visiting the old geezers(just kidding) across the street in 7 lakes. Its hotel lobby location eliminates the need for a dd. The frosty mugs keep the beer ICCCY cold! (I haven't tried the food here)

Blah service, but the food was very good. Reasonable prices for the quality. Place was empty for a Sunday lunch, and I'm certain the waitress forgot about us for a while but overall very good.

If you are a baseball fan this is a MUST stop. Inside you will find plenty of baseball memoribila and a TV to watch your favorite game. The place is close to both stadiums and offers a very relaxing envirnment. Its a burger joint but does it very well. The outside seating offers comfort but lacks modern TVs, still good enough to watch the game. The wings must be good as well becuase a woman came in and that was all she ordered along with her beer! Service is pompt and very fast for the south. If you traveled south you know what I mean!

The food is WAY too pricey, and WAY too small of a portion for it. But what's worse is the rudeness. I have never experienced a bigger bunch of a-holes in my entire life. The management even was rude to me, when I complained about their service. DO NOT GO!!!

Been in cape and fort myers for 11 years and this place still makes the best burger around cooked to order and make it your own with the huge array of toppings, recommend this over ford's any day

Currently sitting at bar first time here. Nice and clean sports bar, ordered a beer and the bartender pored it and I noticed that he let the spout of the nosal inter the mug and also the beer being pored. No prob. After I finished the first I asked for a second and I was GROSSED OUT. He didn't change the mug. No prob. The problem came when he did the same thing with the second pore as he did on the first pore. Just think how many germs were in the beer u just had from someone u don't know. So make sure u DONT order draft beer here. Pay more and get the bottle. I gave a 1 star cuz of the gross factor. While writing this, another employee did the same thing didn't get a fresh mug used the same mug the customer had with BEER STILL IN IT. OBVIOUSLY it's a common practice. That's just NASTY. Again haven't tried the food yet. And not sure.

Actually a bit surprised it has been so long for a return visit. Stopped in after the Twins spring game Sunday with MrsO, my brother and his wife. MrsO had wings, BOGO on a ball park ticket. Nice meaty wings and we had the 2nd serving for lunch today. I had a very good fish sandwich, my brother and SIL had chicken sandwiches which they liked too. Very good French fries with the sandwiches. Service was top notch. I should be back sooner.

Have to agree with some former posters, beer is cold! We were there late, only had snacks, mozzarella sticks, not the greatest, but was a nice crowd, cold beer and lots of TV's. Would return there to try more, we stayed at the hotel, crown plaza which was great overall, clean, quiet.

Ordered a beer and got it in the smallest cup I've ever been served. It's no more than 8oz. Already I can tell this place is terrible. Service seems sub par and we haven't even got our food yet. We asked two waitresses if something was wrong with the cups. Got no response. Also asked where the bathroom was and was blatantly ignored by two different staff members. Don't ever come here. You will be wasting your time and money.

I had the worst Long Island Ice Tea. Either the bartender was completely incompetent or the bottles of liquor are watered down. As a former bartender I usually order beer or wine because bartenders are incapable of screwing those up. Unfortunately it was my wifes idea. $12 down the drain!

We had the grouper bites as an appetizer and they were pretty good. I ordered the pulled pork sliders for my meal and they were delicious and bigger than your average slider. The service was a little slow getting refills and took forever to get our check after we asked for it. Overall it was pretty good, I'd probably go back.

You would expect being the only customers in the entire restaurant that you would receive exceptional service. Wrong. You would think that when asked what you're here for and you answer were starving and would like to play a little trivia that you would promptly receive a trivia box and be asked what you would like to eat or at least given the specials. Wrong. Spent 15 minutes alone waiting to order. We had to ask for things several times instead of the other way around. We were passed from one person to the next 3 times and no one really wanted to give any attention until the last girl came on duty. She was good. Left the place feeling like a nuisance and the pizza was awful. Not a good experience.

Waitress didn't bother coming to check on our table, went up to the bar to get some drinks and they were sitting in a circle chatting while I sat there like an idiot. Turned around went back to our table and my boyfriend went up to get drinks, he did finally get them. Waitress came over and said "I didn't know you were done with your pitcher already", it had been one hour since she even checked on us. Ridiculous.

At the bar once again the bartender was sharp and very attentive. The burger was good and the Sam Adams was fresh. Too damn many New Yorker's on vacation eating in the bar.....so the place was loud and smelled of Ralph Lauren Polo. There are just too many options within walking distance to the Crowne to stay and eat in at Shoeless (Soul-less) Joe's.

We ate here three times. Food was really good each time. The wings were meaty and tasted good. The beer is cold and lots of HD TVs. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the two bartenders complained about their jobs to each other for over 30 minutes. If you aren't happy leave. If you must complain (like we all do time to time) don't do it in front of your customers.

I woke up alone yesterday in the Crowne Plaza in Ft. Myers; my husband Alex was still in California, about to leave on his rescheduled-by-the-weather journey. I took my time waking up and getting ready to check out and head to the airport for the rental car I'd need to pick him up from the other side of the state. When I got downstairs, I learned the shuttle wouldn't arrive for 40 minutes, so I stopped by the hotel bar, Shoeless Joe's, for breakfast. The place was empty but the staff were friendly; I'd been hankering for buffalo flavoring all trip, so I skipped the $7 lunch specials in favor of the buffalo chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. Both were happily good for bar foods -- the chicken was nicely cooked (not dry) and the buffalo flavoring was strong without being overwhelming, spicy but not unpleasant, and had the right flavor. The sweet potato fries were also good; they tasted fresh and went well with the blue cheese. In the end, my only complaint is against myself -- I ate too much. Afterward, I took the shuttle (the driver was garrulous, a genuine Florida specimen originally from Indiana), picked up the car, and headed off to Sanibel to meet everyone.

I came here because the local taxi driver recommended it. It's a typical looking sports bar with an outside patio. When I was sat, the waitress came over before I could even open the menu - I prefer to look at what the restaurant has to offer and not feel rushed. She wasn't very friendly. I got an cream soda, so unfortunately, I couldn't say much about their drinks. The waitress came right back with my drink and asked if I was ready to order. Really? Anyways, I ended getting the Pulled Pork Nachos - I absolutely love pulled pork. When it arrived, the order itself was huge! However, when I tasted the dish, it was covered in BBQ sauce to hide the dried pulled pork. Overlooking the dish, it only had a few pieces of pulled pork. While I was eating, the waitress came over and took my bottle of cream soda.. it wasn't finished. I was a bit pissed that she didn't bother asking if I was finished with it. I didn't finish the nachos. There are dozens of other places of eat - avoid Shoeless Joe's.
